ccortner Posted February 24, 2020 Share Posted February 24, 2020 Hi All, I'm hoping something can help. I just purchased a key tonight after the trial expired. I tried to install the key and received a message that the array needed to be stopped. I stopped the array, waiting for status to show stopped, tried again and received the same message. Registration status continued to show Trial. I tried 3 more times until finally I received a Success message, but immediately the flash drive was reported as black listed. TBH I'm extremely annoyed. I finally decide to support this product and now I have no access to my NAS. I do not have a backup of my config (yeah I know this is my fault). Is there going to be a way to get this working again without needing to reconfigure everything? Thanks, Chris Quote Link to comment

Frank1940 Posted February 24, 2020 Share Posted February 24, 2020 You can also make a backup of your boot drive by removing the flash drive from the server, plug it into a PC/MAC and copy the contents of the drive to a folder/directory on your computer. All of the configuration data is in the config folder/directory on the flash drive. Quote Link to comment
