USB Device blacklisted immediately after purchasing key

Featured Replies

Hi All,

I'm hoping something can help. I just purchased  a key tonight after the trial expired. I tried to install the key and received a message that the array needed to be stopped. I stopped the array, waiting for status to show stopped, tried again and received the same message. Registration status continued to show Trial. I tried 3 more times until finally I received a Success message, but immediately the flash drive was reported as black listed.  TBH I'm extremely annoyed. I finally decide to support this product and now I have no access to my NAS. I do not have a backup of my config (yeah I know this is my fault).

Is there going to be a way to get this working again without needing to reconfigure everything?

Thanks,

Chris

You can also make a backup of your boot drive by removing the flash drive from the server, plug it into a PC/MAC and copy the contents of the drive to a folder/directory on your computer. All of the configuration data is in the config folder/directory on the flash drive.
