volume
Hello After 5 minutes when i start the parity check ( 2 drives parity) i get the message on the quote. I try with chrome, opera, firefox with the same results. In addition, the IP address of my server, disappears when i scan my network, with the Fing app from my smartphone. Any thoughts? Try: Checking the connection Checking the proxy and the firewall Running Windows Network Diagnostics ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT Check your internet connection. Check any cables and reboot any routers, modems, or other network devices you may be using. Allow Opera to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings. If it is already listed as a program allowed to access the network, try removing it from the list and adding it again. If you use a proxy server… Check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server: Go to the Main menu > Settings > Change proxy settings… > LAN Settings and deselect "Use a proxy server for your LAN". itimpi
I did not spot anything obvious, but it is worth pointing out that you are running a very old release of Unraid (6.3.5) whereas the current stable release is 6.8.2. Quote Link to comment

Sorry but i attach an old diagnostics. I set up the syslog server to save logs in my unRAID flash drive. Could this syslog file help? If the attached syslog file doesn't help, could you please let me know how to generate a new diagnostics file? Edited February 26, 2020 by volume Quote Link to comment

Diagnostic files are generated from the GUI via Tools >> Diagnostic or from the command line using the 'diagnostics' command. 1 Quote Link to comment

JorgeB
The diagnostics you posted were not saved during a parity check, and I don't see anything abnormal, except for a constant UPS communication error, grab new ones during a check, from the console if necessary, to see if there's something there. 1 Quote Link to comment
volume
Here is the diagnostics after 1 minute that i start the parity check, after that 1 minute, the web GUI is unreachable so i cant get another diagnostic and to shut down the server, the only method that i know, is to push the power button continuously, until it shuts down (which is bad for the health of the drives) unRAID-diagnostics-20200228-1127.zip Edited February 28, 2020 by volume Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
There's nothing on the log, maybe the server is crashing from a hardware issue, still you can try this to see if it catches something. Quote Link to comment

I already setup the syslog server on the USB stick that runs unRAID, Is it safe to upload it the syslog file here? Quote Link to comment

JorgeB
Don't see any issues other the already mentioned UPS communication error spamming the log. Quote Link to comment
