I am having the same issue as above, however all of my disks are mounted and show an array.

Below is the attached diagnostics zip file for my setup. Everything seems to be setup and working except the share ability.  Sorry if this has already been fixed somewhere, this is day 2 of my trial to make sure this is what i want to use moving forward for my media storage.

Not according to your diagnostics. You have disks installed and assigned, but none of them are mounted. Have you let Unraid format them yet?

Below is the screenshot of my array and cache drive as well an updated diagnostics zip. If it still isn't showing as mounted in the zip, could you tell me how/where to check?

You need to format the disks, next to array stop/start buttons.

Thank you for helping resolve this issues. That was an easy fix. Sorry for such a noob issue. This really is a great software to use so far.
