Incorporate an array status report with specific information

I would like to see if some kind of log can be created on every kind of activity that has happened on the array. Recording every file move, copy, deletion, format, just about everything. More like a file journal on every file and folder on the array, easy to read with formatted output and can be disabled since it would use resources. Maybe also include the speed of the operations, of course date/time information. What service moved the files or folders. All types of information just on files and folders on the array. This can be cached to a tmp file when turned on an then you can pick your date and times you want to spit the report out for. Or just disable it completely.
