Have a user designed page built into GUI

I'd like to see something within the GUI where the user can design their own GUI page. Basically it would start off as a blank page. Then let the user pick from a SITE-MAP to put their heavily used settings and functions on that one page. Since the GUI has grown substantially, the SITE-MAP would be huge, but being able to select those mainly used functions and slap them on one page would be cool. And once the page fills up, the system would just create another one.
