I bought this.  This is my first purchase for my server.  The thing that is taking up all of my time researching is the mobo.  I want the Super Micro C2SEE board but I'm not paying over $100 when it looks like it occasionally goes on sale for less than $50.

Yeah, that's a tough one.  I bought one for $55, and another for $20 (the latter was a total fluke).  Given the features it offers, I think it actually is worth around $100.
