Parity check reveals lots of error with disk with read errors

Hi,

 

I have two issues which seems to be related. The last parity check I ran finished with lots of errors and at the same time one of my disk has read errors.

What should I do: rerun the parity check or try to correct the read errors?

 

I joined the diag file.

    Sync errors were already corrected, they were only on Parity2, which is strange unless there's an explanation.

     

    As for disk5, it dropped offline so there's no SMART, check connections and post new diags after that.
