Can't create VMs

I am trying to create VMs and I will go through the settings screen and click the Create button, but it just sits on that screen with the button greyed out like it is trying to do something, but nothing happens. No folders or disk image files are created. I have tried deleting and having it re-create the libvirt.img file. I have stopped the array and removed the domain.cfg file and had it re-create. Nothing seems to work.
