Is it possible to use putty to sign into the unraid server and then copy files from a windows machine to the unraid server?

Right now I use Windows explorer to do it but it is very unresponsive sometimes.

I would recommend to use teracopy to do that stuff...much faster and also you can enable crc check to verify if all files were copied intact

Agreed, I used Teracopy to move my 8TB of info to my new UnRaid server.  Worked like a charm.

you can also use mc = midnight commander to move stuff around in a putty session - but you have to keep the session alive or the file transfer is killed with the session you opened
