USB Contoller Passthrough

I have 2 Win10 VM's setup. Gaming absolutely perfectly. EXCEPT, VR. I have the Oculus Rift S, and I am trying to passthrough THIS CARD to one of the VM's. The device shows up in Device Manager, but WILL NOT "see" any devices connected to it. I've tried different USB card manufacturers, but they all come to this same conclusion.

kernel /bzimage
append vfio-pci.ids=1b21:2142 pci=noaer pcie_acs_override=downstream,multifunction isolcpus=4-7,16-19 vfio_iommu_type1.allow_unsafe_interrupts=1 initrd=/bzroot

IOMMU group 31:	[1b21:2142] 08:00.0 USB controller: ASMedia Technology Inc. ASM2142 USB 3.1 Host Controller

The device shows up as Other PCI devices.

I'm stumped. I can't seem to get any USB passthrough to use with my VR headset.
