Bois Issues

Im trying to update my Dell T410 bios and ive found the page with the downloadable but non of them do anything with clicked. ive read threads about people using the dos file to update there (as of 11/2019) but now i cant get that file to download. idk what im doing wrong. i can create the DOS boot-abler but it doesn't matter if cant get the bios image can anyone help? here's the page with all the bios driver (https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=5hxjr) i tryed the widows one but it just crashes repeatedly.

@RStock I don't still have this from when I upgraded in November so I tried to download from Dell without success. After Googling the file name PET410-011400C.exe I found this site, I downloaded the file and scanned with MalwareBytes and then verified the SHA256, the file checks out:
