Problem installing Samsung 2TB Drive

I'm trying to install the Samsung 2TB drive as disk 7 in my array.  I currently am using the Adaptec 1430SA PCIE card to expand the SATA ports.  I can see when my system boots, that it recognizes the new drive in port 1 on the card but when Unraid loads there's no notification of a new disk to assign and rebuild the array.  Just comes up as normal as if the drive doesn't exist. 

 

Unraid Version 4.5.6

Samsung Drive:  Spinpoint F4 HD204UI

 

Not sure where to start to debug this.  Any suggestions?
