First UNRAID Build - Help With Hardware

I haven’t built a PC for over 15 years and would appreciate any input on this build. I have read a lot of forum posts and watched a ton of youtube videos and think I have a handle on most of what I need. If I’ve missed something or there is a better option I am completely open to changing the parts listed below. The case doesn’t need to look pretty because it’s going to live under my desk. It does, however, need it to be quiet and have room to grow my storage.  My budget is somewhere around 3 thousand.
