VM Crashing After Video Card Upgrade

Ever since I upgraded my VM's video card from a Radeon HD 7850 to a Radeon RX 470 I keep finding it paused. It appears something is happening with the video card pass-through. When it's working it seems to be working fine. What's going on?

    I ended up moving my cards around. I originally had my LSI card in the full x16 slot and the video card in the x4 slot. I've switched them around and removed the ethernet adapter. I'm not seeing any PCIe errors in my log now. Crossing my fingers.

    No errors in my log but my VM seems to be freezing. I can still ping it but I get nothing at the mouse and keyboard and cannot RDP into it. I have to force stop it and restart it to get it working again.
