Symlink disappers after reboot also how do I add ll copmmand

Hi,

 

I setup a symlink to my plex share for easy access, but it disappered after reboot, do I need to add it into the Go file like I did with my ssh key? 

ln -s /mnt/user/plex ~/plex

 

Also how can I add ll to work as I use that a lot and get an error saying it doesn't exist, so I need to setup the shortcut but not sure where for it to stick after a reboot.
