Can't Stop Dockers & Can't Reboot

Featured Replies

Hi,

Hoping you all can help, as I have an infuriating issue which keeps occurring.

Mainly it seems to be caused by the Plex docker not stopping, but has also occurred on SabNZB.

It happens overnight when the CA Backup/Restore stops the dockers to back them up... When stopping Plex it gets stuck on 'Syncing Disks' and never exits... even after leaving for hours.

This also happens sometimes when I try to stop/restart from the UI, so isn't just limited to the overnight Backup.

On coming back to my PC this morning, I'm also seeing that many of the cores/threads are showing as maxed out on the dashboard...

Really in some desperate need of your help here. Diagnostics attached as well.

Thanks,

Steve

Hi,

Thanks for the advice. I changed the CPU Power setting as advised in the post to typical.

I also removed XMP Profile on the RAM... everything looked to be better for the last few days, however I've checked today and see more errors that occurred this morning - when nothing was happening:

I've also re-uploaded my diagnostics file.

Hoping you can help put this to bed for me.

Thanks,
Steve

Try running memtest

  • Author

Hi,

I did do this a few weeks ago, as I suspected a memory error.

I left it running all night and no issues...

Anything else?

Thanks,

Steve

Likely still a hardware problem, memtest doesn't catch everything.
