Overlandr
Well, I was just trying to remove my cache drive as I wanted a fresh start so I could get the btrfs working properly due to a bug I encountered a while ago. I used the "New Config" tool and preserved everything except the cache. I then get to this screen where, if I start the array I will lose all of my data. As I'm completely stupid, I do not have a proper backup of this. What do I need to do here to preserve my data, I have not changed anything from this screen. I was following these instuctions here. Thanks for the help. Edited March 24, 2020 by Matt Dumbrill Adding link Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
Only the parity disk would be written to, but just check "parity is already valid" before starting the array and everything will be good, including parity, assuming it was valid before. 1 Quote Link to comment
