Backing up just one folder on smb share to unassigned device

Hi friends and folks,

 

I just want to ask all of you, how you would do the job just to backup one folder on a UnRaid share to a certain time to an USB Drive mounted as an unassigned device.

 

Im backing up right now some VM's with the great script of @danioj which runs just perfectly. Is there something as easy as that?

 

Im happy for any help!
