im trying to find out why my 2 E5-2690 are only maxing out at 3.3 and not 3.8 ghz which is stated on the intel website.

 

any one got any ideas ?

    Download Tips and Tweaks.. Enable Intel Turbo/AMD Performance Boost? Also if your doing all core boosts make sure the CPU is rated for all cores..
