moved server and now cant view unraid or internet access but vms runnning ok SOLVED

hi ive recently fitted a unifi access point to my network. all was good for several days so i switch off the server to move it back to the wall. now when i fire it up it loads like normal but with errors. if i try to log into server its not found. ping test fails. no internet access. but the vms windows 10 loads up fine without internet access tho. any ideas how to fix it please???
