having problem with kursader: won't transfer file bw discs

after having some problems with upgrading one of my data drives and rebuilding parity afterwards, I ended up starting a new config new partity, and removed and reinstalled krusader. right now, krusader is the only docker installed, now I'm having this problem:

 

whenever I tried to copy or move a file from one data disk to another, it would stall completely around 50% mark (speed goes from near 200mb and dwindle to a complete halt).
