DanRegalia
Afternoon! So, my original USBs didn't work, so I just grabbed a cheap generic one when I built out my system. Now that I'm in love, I'm going to keep it. Everything is configured, all I need to do now is move everything over to a low profile USB drive. So, the question is, how do I move it all over to a low profile USB Drive without losing my config? Is there a good tutorial out there, or some step by steps? Thanks! ~D Quote Link to comment
bastl
@DanRegalia Simply create a new thumb drive and copy the config folder to it. 1 Quote Link to comment
DanRegalia
It's that simple? I thought the keys were matched to GUIDs of the thumbdrive, etc.. Quote Link to comment

The License key IS matched to the flash drive GUID. If you transfer the config to a new one then you will need to follow the procedure for transferring the license to the new drive (which also blacklist the old one). Quote Link to comment
DanRegalia
Perfect. Do you have a link to the procedure? Quote Link to comment
