With all these plugins and options, is there really no setting or plugin to set your USB drives to sleep after a period of time? I have a sleep plugin but that is for the CPU it seems.

 

Right now they have been running 24/7, and constantly giving overheating alerts. Even my router, where they were plugged in before, had the option to have the drive sleep upon idle.  Normally I would avoid the use of such usb raid hdd's, but I found myself with over 30TB's, so I can't just toss them out. 

 

Should I make an official feature request??

    Are those array or unassigned drives? Array devices have a spin down setting, UD devices spin down after 30 minutes if the UD plugin is installed, though spin down doesn't always work with USB drives.
