Handbrake Read / Write Issues

Guys,

 

I am fairly new to UnRaid and the Docker setup, so I am having some issues getting Handbrake to work.  I am very familiar with handbrake as I use it on my main machine, but would like to convert 24/7 on my new server. 
 

Essentially every time I try to add a movie to the queue, I get an error “can not read or write directory”.  
I simply have created an output directory titled “converted movies” and have it pulling directly from my video shares. 
 

Any thoughts??
