Mover not moving

Hello,
My unraid has decided to stop moving files. I have tried to stopping all containers and docker, then clicking move, I tried stopping my array, Starting it back up and no luck, Tried google and other search engines and either I am not typing in the correct wording or something. I fig the best thing to do was now ask for help from you all.  This all of a sudden stopped. Only changes was adding zoneminder, Added binhex vpnQbittorrent, Binhex Qbittorrent, Qbittorrent, Deluge, Binhex VpnDeluge, and right now my cache drive is 423gb our of 500gb so I decided to stop all containers until I get the mover sorted out.  I have also posted a video showing what is going on.

    Instead of that make sure mover logging is enable (Settings -> Scheduler -> Mover Settings), run the mover, then please post the diagnostics: Tools -> Diagnostics
