Looks like a power/connection issue, affecting multiple disks:

Mar 31 18:23:47 Tower kernel: sd 7:0:0:0: Power-on or device reset occurred
Mar 31 18:23:47 Tower kernel: sd 7:0:1:0: Power-on or device reset occurred
Mar 31 18:23:47 Tower kernel: sd 7:0:3:0: Power-on or device reset occurred

Check replace all cables

Thanks!

It would seem these Chinese power cords I bought off ebay were a bad idea. Kinda had a feeling they might not be so hot when I seen the sata connection "clipped" into the wire and just used teeth to cut the outside and make a connection.

IDC (insulation displacement contact) is actually preferred over the molded version, but that doesn't mean they did it correctly, or that the part that connects to the drive is designed well.
