Kube Posted April 1, 2020 Share Posted April 1, 2020 After power issue Disk 5 was disabled. Restarted and it wanted to do a read check Can someone review logs and tell me whats going on? Kube Posted April 1, 2020 Author Share Posted April 1, 2020 Thanks! It would seem these Chinese power cords I bought off ebay were a bad idea. Kinda had a feeling they might not be so hot when I seen the sata connection "clipped" into the wire and just used teeth to cut the outside and make a connection. Quote Link to comment

IDC (insulation displacement contact) is actually preferred over the molded version, but that doesn't mean they did it correctly, or that the part that connects to the drive is designed well.
