Kernel Attempting Task Abort

My system started its monthly parity check last night and just got finished. I saw these messages is my log a couple times this morning from the same drive:

I don't have my drives set to spin down. Should I be concerned about this? Anything I need to do? There are no errors reported.

Look more like a connection problem, replace/swap cables (both) or slot.
