(SOLVED) Drivers are not recognized in the Intel® NUC 10

Featured Replies

Hi. Thank you always for your answers.

I purchased NUC10i7FNH from Intel.

But there are some problems.

First, no NIC recognition. The name of the LAN equipment is as follows.
Intel® Ethernet Connection I219-V
So I'm using an external USB NIC to connect, which is very messy.

Second, I cannot use Intel Quick Sync with Intel® UHD Graphics
I added modprobe i915 to /boot/config/go . However, /dev/dri could not be found after booting.

This is a link to Product Specifications from Intel.

And I attach my unraid log.

What more should I do?
Thank you.

Hi

I am currently running an older NUCi5 with a 256gb ssd as cache and 2 x 1tb external usb drives connected. I was thinking of upgrading to a NUC10i7 as I want to run win10 VM externally. For the life of me I cannot get the current system to pass through, I just get a blank screen, but VNC works.

Question is, have you tried passing through a VM on your NUC and managed to get it working?

Jim
