Upgraded from 4.6 to 5.0b2 and ran the New Permissions utility.  Ever since I've been getting the resync notifications every hour.  Always 0% complete, finish in 0 minutes, speed 0kb/s.  Could someone please clue me into what i messed up and how I can fix it.
