When I got home for work I logged into the gui and the unraid os seemed to be running fine, but all the drives were offline and the dockers were offline and missing the docker page had a ton of errors all over the page. I went ahead and downloaded a diagnostics file, shut down the system and reset all cables and cards and when I booted the system back up it showed a green notification and showed no issues. I am currently running a non correcting parity check to the drives.

Thank you ahead of time for any insight you can offer on the matter.

That is not the diagnostics file. Is that all you downloaded? If that is the syslog from before rebooting, it is useful, since the syslog included in diagnostics will not have anything from before reboot. But complete diagnostics will also have a lot more information about your situation and configuration.

Tools - Diagnostics, attach complete diagnostics zip file to your NEXT post.

Since you had errors on multiple disks, likely a controller issue.

Sounds like you may have fixed it yourself. Let us know how the parity check goes. Exactly zero parity errors is the only acceptable result.

Since the first fail email was in regards to a missing cache drive would that cause the array to go into standby and report disk read errors on every drive?

Also this server has been online except for recent maintenance for over a year, so hardware conflict or possible failure of MB, drive, cable, or sas expander card? just seems odd to have resolved after a reboot.
