What steps should I take to correct this? Thanks in advance.

Please post the diagnostics: Tools -> Diagnostics

Provide the diagnostics zip file (Tools >> Diagnostics) so we can get a better idea of the current state of your system

Diags are after rebooting so we can't see what happened, my first guess would be the not so uncommon SATA controller problem with Ryzen based boards.

Parity looks fine, so check filesystem on disk2 and re-sync parity, if it happens again make sure to grab diags before rebooting.

Thanks, @johnnie.black. Performed a successful check filesystem, rebooted. Disk 2's status is back to normal. The parity is still disabled.

Is a "Read-Check" the same as a re-sync at this stage?
