Bug usb creator macOS Catalina 10.15.4

When opening usb creator in macOS caralina I get the following error.

I try to create the usb manually by disabling SIP.
Apparently it creates it without problems but when trying to start my server from the usb it shows on the screen.
the disk is not a valid boot system

Any solution to this bug

    The manual method also fails as indicated above is a bug in catalina

    I mounted a virtual machine with windows and could create the installation usb

    Just wanted to come and say I am too experiencing the same thing.  Honestly I will probably just dig out an old windows laptop to create my USB, but you may want to warn users that the create utility will not work with  macOS 10.15.4
