April 10, 20206 yr Hello all, I'm having what seems to be a bit of a UI issue. Generally speaking, things have been running fine. I was running low on disk space, so I went to add in another disk that was previously unassigned. I tried to stop the array, and got a weird "error" where a new tab was opening up, trying to go to unraid/update.htm (unraid is name of my server) but it just goes to a blank page. Meanwhile, the array did not stop. I then went to the main dashboard and stopped the array from there, and all was fine. I went back to main screen, added the new disk to the array devices, and hit start. Same issue with the new tab opening with no content. So, I went to the dashboard, hit start array, and it started. Going back to main screen, I see the disk added and array has come online. It's stating that the disk is unmountable and needs to be formatted. Great. I click the "yes" box, hit format, and I get the new tab opening up again going to update.htm that's blank. Meanwhile, no format will kick off. So, something seems to be causing an issue where this update.htm is popping up. Not sure if that should not appear at all, or if there is supposed to be something displayed there that's keeping it from going to the next step. I've tried 3 PC's, all do the same thing. I have tried using DNS name, and direct to IP. Rebooted Server and client. I have tried Chrome, Edge and IE. Tried running as admin. Any ideas? unraid-diagnostics-20200410-1248.zip Edited April 10, 20206 yr by Donk303
April 10, 20206 yr One error appearing when you tried to format is "missing csrf_token". It's basically impossible to appear under normal circumstances. Try a different browser and/or look at any addons / extensions in your browser interfering. Beyond that, you should also upgrade your system to 6.8.3
April 10, 20206 yr Author I'd already tried 3 different browsers. 3 Different PC's, one being from my "clean" Win10 VM that's essentially a base install with zero extensions etc. I did go ahead and deactivate all the extensions in Chrome on my main PC to try that as well. No change. I would normally be totally ok with upgrading, but doing that while there is an active issue is a bit of a pucker factor for me. That is, unless this was specifically called out as a fix included in the release. Worried i'll get some update.htm window to spawn and i'll be SOL.

April 11, 20206 yr Author Hauled the server up to my office and gave the upgrade a go. It was successful, however the same issue was there. It did however uncover a new error; Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function parse_file() in /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.s3.sleep/Sleep.php:18 Stack trace: #0 /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix/include/DefaultPageLayout.php(520) : eval()'d code(549): include() #1 /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix/include/DefaultPageLayout.php(520): eval() #2 /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix/template.php(60): require_once('/usr/local/emht...') #3 {main} thrown in /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.s3.sleep/Sleep.php on line 18 I removed the s3 sleep plugin and all went back to normal. Or, so it seems...
