Hi Guys!

 

I'm going to buy a 12TB WD Purple drive (it's the cheapest 12TB I can get my hands on), I wanted to know since those drives are optimized for 24/7 writes if that would be a good drive to be put as the parity drive (currently an Exos x12 12TB).

 

Should I buy that disk even thought is optimised for CCTV?
