Sabnzbd docker custom ip and port problems

I am using binhex-sabnzbd and it has a default port of 8080. I am trying to change to a static ip with a port of 80 and no matter what I do the port just changes back to 8080. I have tried changing the port in both the sabnzbd ui and in unraid docker preferences. I have deleted and reinstalled the docker as well and nothing seems to work.  Any help would be appreciated.

    You can't without creating your own custom bridge network via appropriate commands.  As soon as you assign a static IP address to a container all port mappings are ignored under the default bridge.
