Is the community apps plugin down all I get is a error saying to use these dns addresses.

    Nope.  It's somewhere on your end / isp / whatnot.  You are unable to hit either the primary or backup server

    ok I may just reload. I had a disk error yesterday while rebuilding parity. So maybe it made some weird issue.
