It seems the basics would be to check and/or swap cables but I'm not sure how to read the smart report. I've attached the smart and diagnostics logs. April 17, 20206 yr Logs are after a reboot so you can't see what happened (syslog gets destroyed on reboot). Smart logs for that disabled drive looks like you initiated an extended test. See how that turns out. If no errors then maybe check cabling and then try building on top of that drive, or better, onto a spare drive if available.

Unfortunately I don't have any spare drives right now. I was hoping to catch a sale on some WD drives. Thank you.
