April 18, 20206 yr While I've gotten osx, windows 10, and fedora VMs going in unraid, I've had no luck with solaris, vista, or XP. And getting any VM working is a major effort. So how do I get virtualbox working? Installing a VM in virtualbox is very easy. Plus I don't need passthrough for most of my VMs. I see https://wiki.unraid.net/VirtualBox_in_unRAID but it seems a little dated. Is there an easier or more up to date method? Thanks! April 18, 20206 yr Author Sounds like you can't run vbox alongside kvm anyway. What a pain. I also tried running vbox in my unraid fedora VM but none of the 3 os I tried would boot the install iso.
