Hello

 

Im having a lot of problems at the moment, got a samba error, and tried to enable it again? it went wrong and kept saying that i had too many drives.. which i didn't because i didnt have any then i had a gui error, so that i couldnt see anything?

My server system went blank - so i tried to format it all, which didnt work. And now i have a network - error so that i cant registrate my key to the unraid servers??

 

What to do??

Key file has 0 bytes, so invalid, restore from backup.

I have no idea what you mean by error 4, but if you can't replace the key on the flash there's some problem there, it's either corrupt or failing, start by running chkdsk on it.

How do i run chkdsk?? i assume its in the terminal??

On your desktop, if using Windows, use the equivalent tool if it's a Mac.

No idea what that file is, if you want to post a screenshot or photo you can post directly in the forum.

Not yet, first run check disk like already mentioned.

I've formattet the drives so how do i do a chkdsk??

Is it possible to make a chkdsk, when the array is not working because of the license problem??

Once more, chkdsk is run on your desktop, google it if you don't know how to use it.

Im sorry but i dont understand?? How is chkdsk on my main pc suppose to help my server?? i've installed the usb and hardrives into the server.. I have copied the key - both as a the link, and tried to upload it, from my email into the server, and that is where it is not working?

Chkdsk can't be run on Unraid, it needs to be run on another PC, if you are unable to do that try recreating the flash drive from scratch.

I formatted it all again.. And now it works, i also formatted the usb.
