[SOLVED] Unraid Nvidia will not open

Featured Replies

I've been having some issues with my server for the past few weeks but now it is becoming unusable.  I tried to activate hardware transcoding, for my GTX970, however, Unraid Nvidia refuses to get past the "Updating available builds" screen.  I have also notices some other issues with Unraid.

  • Dockers containers tab check for updates button does not work
  • Plugins tab takes takes forever to load
  • Fix common problems will not show any issues
  • There were files on disk 2 and the unassigned devices disk that I use for appdata, etc called ".Trash-99" (which I removed via terminal)

Please see attachments for screen shots as well as log.  I tried restarting the server, uninstalling and reinstalling the both fix common problems as well as unraid nvidia, no such luck.  Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello Knowpistons.  Did you ever get an answer to this hanging issue?  I just installed Unraid Nvidia and it just hangs at the Updating available builds section too.

I just found the answer.  If your MTU is set up for a 10GB nic (9014, 9000, etc), just change it back to the default (1500) and it work install correctly.

I hope this helps.

I don't know why that works or how you found the solution but it absolutely did in fact work.  Thank you very much.
