(SOLVED) Can't stop docker image from autostarting

Hi,

 

I have a docker container (haugene/transmission-openvpn) that autostarts, despite the autostart setting being "off". Can somebody tell me what am I doing wrong? I've attached a diagnostic zip.

 

I'm also wondering if there is a way to edit a container without it automatically starting when I save the changes.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
