I have an HTPC setup with Asrock Fatality AB350 Gaming-itx-ac Bios 3.60, AMD A8-9600 Processor w/R7 graphics and 8GB of ram. I'm using Unraid 6.8.3 and Plex. When playing a certain video from my htpc I get some jittery or pausing (stop/start) buffering, not playing smoothly. When I play the same video from the web ui of Plex on my MacBook Pro video is fine. Other videos are fine from the server as well any suggestions on why this particular video may be doing this? I use the Plex app on my Samsung Q7 Qled Smart TV and just realized the Unraid plays videos from my HTPC through Ethernet. How Do I get it to play directly from HDMi??

    Ends up my bottleneck was the Plex app on my Samsung tv. Luckily I have an Nvidia Shied and it works flawlessly through it
