I has new HDs and after I excuted  PreCLean not show more disks.

 

When I reboot server , and control panel show HDs devices again.

You have a disk with S.M.A.R.T problems, serial Z4Z2JY5V. Probably it got dropped by the hard disk controller when you started a preclear session. The only way to be sure is to run Preclear again and, if it fails, share your Diagnostics file here (at Tools menu of your server).

I run PreClean again and It sucess!!! But It don't show others hardisks,

You're using a 6 or 10 port controller that is in fact a 2 port controller with SATA port multipliers, these controllers are a known source of multiple issues, it should be replaced.

I changed board to H700 MEGARAID DELL, and now finish sucess!!!

An LSI megaRAID controller is not the best option for Unraid, an LSI based HBA would be best, still better than the one you were using before.
