plex docker using 100% cpu

Hi everyone

 

I need some help figuring out whats happening,  every now and then, the binhex-plex docker uses 100% cpu on all cores.

 

Plex is transcoding 4 streams (using 20-30% cpu) and no other services running on unraid at the time.

 

This causes everyone to start buffering (incl direct play) and causes them to drop.

 

I have checked the unraid logs, and there are no log entries for this time.

 

Any ideas on what could be causing this?
