40 Pending sectors

During the monthly parity check my one disk is now showing 40 pending sectors.  I'm guessing I should replace it correct?   Parity passed fine with 0 errors.

    Next time please attach the diags directly to the forum.

     

    Yes, disk should be replaced, also check your CPU cooling, it's overheating and throttling down.
