Seeking help: Machine Check Events detected on your server

I received a messages stating that Machine Check Events were detected on my server -- it also started a Read Check. It instructed me to post my diagnostics. If you guys could take a look, I'd appreciate it.

Disk 5 has been disabled. I know that, and a replacement is on it's way, but I'd never had it detect Machine Check Events even when a drive goes bad, so I'm afraid it might be more. (as an aside, if I get a bigger drive, can I put it in parity while disk5 is disabled?)

Certain combinations of CPUs / motherboards / your astrology sign (Scorpio's have it the worst) will issue an MCE during startup up when initializing the cores.  Probably due to microcode updates and can be safely ignored.
