Put the new power supply in today and now have a few issues. I had to restart the system a three times due to not having the molex connector in good on the backplanes. Once I got it up and running it now only sees 4 drives. It was running fine before I shut it down with all drives being there. Any help or ideas are appreciated.

According to the syslog, you only have 4 disks connected.

I think the new power supply is not connected properly to the remaining drives or is defective.

People have reported in the past that you have to have power plugged into all the molex connectors on the Norco backplanes, that is, can't leave any of them without power connected.  If you don't have enough connectors on your new PSU then you will have to get some Y-connectors.
