No DHCP IP address in a VLAN

Featured Replies

Hi - I'm going crazy trying to set this up. My issue is my VM's cannot get an IP from DHCP when in a VLAN and using an internal OPNSense FW with a passthrough NIC.

So VLAN10 is 192.168.10.0/24. I can ping 192.168.10.1 via unraid as well as my PC.

When I swap out the internal OPNSense FW for an external FW with the exact same settings the VM in VLAN10 works fine. I've tried 3 other virtualised FW's and they all exhibit the same issue, FW rules are open so no issue there.

Unraid is 192.168.0.5 and can see the vlan gw

via the FW diagnostics  i can ping my LAN network

I have another VLAN20 which receives DHCP IP addresses from the virtual FW without issue which is why I'm thinking it's and Unraid issue. Any advice?
